I guess it is all my own fault. My routine was disrupted and I failed to show up to work on time. This is something I do approximately once every 5 years. It's not a serious issue but apparently people started to worry (I was 15 minutes late for a class) and tried to call me. Now this makes perfect sense and would normally have solved the issue BUT, I had run out of the house so quickly that I had not bothered to grab my cellphone.
So I arrived at school and nothing is a problem, taught the remaining 20 minutes of class, and basically came home because I only had the one class today.

I know people who are always 15 minutes late an no one worries about them.

There has been some discussion lately examining the 1999 Philosophy statement. I recall differing opinions on it at the time but don't remember what exactly they were. Do any of you have any recollections?

I just finished my taxes and boy does having a house help. I owed the feds like $450 but because of all the property taxes I paid te state is refunding me over $500. Yay money.

Also, because of those same property taxes being slightly lower than the bank thought they'd be my mortage company refunded me over a hundred bucks from my tax escrow.

All told I'm going to get about $250.

Friday, November somethingerother. The day after Thanksgiving. I'm thinking 1pm at my house. I'v egot John McCoy on the line to play but he'd like to be home by 2AM. I'm assuming three Hirschman's and John is four leaves no more than 4 spaces. Let me know.

7:00PM Try to be in Williamsburg for dinner. Meet as many people as possible. Possibly try to go to Bunker before dinner depending on timing.
7:00-not too late: Hang Out with Avi. Board Games?
Sleep: Avi's
Friday Day: Open so far. Perhaps see if Bunker folks around. Sleep Late. Feel free to contact me.
Friday Dinner: Some kind of vegan goodness with frannyzooey and mathforlovers.
Later: Karaoke and drunk.

Saturday: Day: Try to find David (my cousin) and see if he is actually filming a zombie movie.
Saturday Night: Burningman Decomposition party with Avi et. al.

I'm supposed to go to a thing for a coworker this Saturday. I was thinking about Max's suggestion for taking a dinner break? (I think the event I want to go to runs abour 6:30-8:30?)

The Big Apple seems to be calling to me again. What are you doing the weekend of November 3-4-5? I have a three and ahalf day weekend. I was thinking I could fly in Thursday night and find some non-9-5ers to hang with on Friday day...or stay up really late Thursday night and sleep til afternoon ;) In any event I'd love to hear from y'all on the subject anyway. (Ok so I've been hanging out with Southerners again.)

Not really, I just wish I was busier in the summer than I am. I feel like people never call me. Howevr it always turns out I've been involved in three activities already that day and now that I've been sitting around from 5-8 I'm getting incredibly bored. It must be tie for school to start or I'd have to lok into some more hobbies.
